1. Program Description
By providing your mobile phone number to Andia H Turner Inc., you consent to receive text messages through our Electronic Health Record (EHR) platform. These messages are utilized for patient communications, including appointment reminders, scheduling updates, clinic alerts, and care coordination notifications.

2. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your specific scheduling, healthcare needs, and interactions with our clinic.

4. How to Opt-Out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. To stop receiving text messages from our practice, simply reply STOP to any text message we send you. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, or notify our office.
